HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Real estate software company W+R Studios announced today that Cloud CMA agents have successfully sold multiple properties using Cloud CMA’s new feature “iBuyer Connect,” previously called Cloud Investor Connect. The company also announced it now has a patent pending on this method.
iBuyer Connect is a feature of the redesigned Cloud CMA. During the process of creating a Cloud CMA, if the subject property meets the requirements of an iBuyer, a message appears asking the real estate agent if they would like to request a cash offer. If the agent agrees they may be able to present the home seller a CMA and a cash offer at the listing presentation.
“We began running a test back in August with iBuyer Connect in Southern California with a limited number of zip codes,” stated Greg Robertson, co-founder of W+R Studios. “We are extremely happy to announce that in this short time Cloud CMA agents have already completed three transactions with another three offers accepted and in the process of closing,” continued Mr. Robertson. “This small test was just the beginning, we have learned so much, and our agents are loving it.”
“The experience was just awesome. After creating a Cloud CMA and requesting an offer I was contacted by an investor” stated Murrieta based agent and CRMLS member Briar Warren. “The investor was super helpful and I was able to present the seller with a cash offer, which they then accepted. The process couldn’t be any easier. I love Cloud CMA.” concluded Ms Warren.
Nationwide, Cloud CMA agents generate over 260,000 CMAs per month. A CMA report is done at the request of a home sellers by an agent, so sellers involved in iBuyer Connect are considered high intent. This group of high intent home sellers make it the largest aggregation of iBuyer leads in the country.
“With Cloud CMA and iBuyer Connect we are giving any agent in the country the ability to participate in this fast growing iBuyer marketplace.” concluded Mr. Robertson.
There is no extra cost to the agent for using iBuyer Connect. Compensation varies by iBuyer and market. The iBuyer will review terms with agents when an offer is requested.
